Insure your vacation
Before leaving, something unexpected can always happen. To protect yourself from any unforeseen events, we recommend you take out travel insurance from the moment of booking.

Deposit
The deposit is equivalent to 20% of the total price of the stay. 
 

Cancellation policy

• up until 28 days prior to arrival: free
• less than 28 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the full price is charged
• in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure: 90 % of the full price is charged
• for non-refundable and non-cancellable reservations, a 100% deposit is required with no possibility of cancellation.

Arrival and departure
Check in: from 2.00 PM
Check out: by 10.30 AM 
Subject to availability, you may request a late check-out with the reception staff for a supplement of € 60 per room.
 

Forms of payment
Upon departure, it is possible to pay the bill in cash up to (up to € 4999.99) or by debit and credit card.
Kindly note that we do not accept American Express and Diners Club cards.

City tax
The tourist tax is € 3.40 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt).
 

Family vacations - children in the suite with 2 full-paying adults

• Children from 0 to 2 years: € 30
• 3 – 5 years of age: 55 % discount
• 6 – 14 years of age: 35 % discount
• above the age of 15: 30 % discount

Supplements
For the san.light, there is a single use supplement of € 40 / night .

Half board meal times
•    Sumptuous  gourmet breakfast based on quality South Tyrolean products: from 7:30 to 11:00 am
•    Choice of 5-course dinner: starting at 6:30 pm

Bistrot
From 12:00 to 5:00 pm, choose your favorite dish from our Bistrot menu (extra charge).

Special occasions
We will be happy to provide you with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, prepare a surprise in your room upon arrival or to help you organize a memorable event.

Pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome in the Santre suites, upon request and for a supplement of €30 per day. Inside the hotel, they can accompany you to bar.67, on the terrace and, upon confirmation, in the Stube which is located immediately next to the restaurant, during breakfast and dinner. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or in the garden. In addition, we have set up a dog-friendly area in front of the garage, where you can go out for a walk. Before returning to the hotel, please clean your pet’s paws with the towels you will find in the cupboard located at the entrance to the garage.
