When you go to bed, do you dream of the breakfast you will enjoy when you wake up? At Santre, from 7:30 to 11:00 am, your wait will be well rewarded! We offer a full buffet of specially selected and delicious products to offer you the right dose of energy to take on a new day in the best way. We look forward to seeing you from 6:30 pm to delight you with a sublime five-course dinner menu, and once a week we will astound you with an irresistible dessert buffet, gala evening and other themed events.

Feeling a little peckish?

If your stomach starts to growl between breakfast and dinner, satisfy your cravings with a nice lunch (12:00 -1:30 pm, extra charge) or in the afternoon, with a snack of light dishes offered on the bistro menu (1:30 -5:00 pm).

The mountain air works up an appetite, and having a meal or snack outdoors under the boundless blue of the sky makes the moment doubly satisfying. Our restaurant enjoys a wonderful location and a magnificent view that you can admire while enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the morning, enchanted by the mystical light that the rising sun projects on the mountain walls. The adjacent terrace, always open to guests, is designed for soaking in the good weather and spend breakfast, lunch, dinner or aperitif time there.

When the products are fresh, not stored for long and come from local suppliers, you can taste it. This is why we use only local ingredients for our creations.
